Yes! Your Virtual Office Membership includes coworking discounts and/or regular access to any of our available spaces around town.

These are the basic terms of service for the Dwell Coworking Virtual Office memberships. Full legal terms will be provided at sign-up.

• Membership Term & Billing Virtual Office memberships are month-to-month. Your card will be auto-billed each month at the rate for the plan you choose (Base, Premium, or Business).
  

• Cancellation You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Service will remain active through the end of the current paid period, after which your mailbox will be closed in Anytime Mailbox and your Dwell membership will end. No refunds are offered for unused memberships. No proration is given for partial months completed.
  

• Address Use All plans include a real business street address you can use on your website, marketing materials, and registrations. Use of this address for a Google Business Profile is not included or guaranteed.
  

• Mail Handling (via Anytime Mailbox) Incoming mail is received at your chosen address and managed through the Anytime Mailbox app/portal. Your monthly plan includes a set number of mail items, open-and-scan requests, and shredding actions. Additional items or actions above your plan limits may incur overage charges shown in your Anytime Mailbox account.
  

• Mail Forwarding Mail forwarding is handled through Anytime Mailbox. Fees vary by plan: the Base plan includes a handling fee plus postage; Premium and Business include forwarding where you pay only postage.
  

• Packages & Storage Packages can be received and stored for a limited time (up to 7 days) with monthly limits that vary by plan. Unclaimed packages or additional storage/handling may incur extra fees.
  

• Coworking & Conference Room Access Coworking and conference room benefits are included based on your plan. See plans for details.
  

• Verification & Compliance Before mail can be received on your behalf, you must complete identity verification and the required USPS/CMRA forms through Anytime Mailbox. All individuals or business names receiving mail must be listed on your account.

No. In fact, we encourage you to sign up online. The entire sign up process is now offered online through a 3rd-party platform.

You’ll need to provide two forms of identification:

1. Photo Verification - Primary ID (Government-issued with a photo) This can include a driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID, or military ID.

2. Address Verification - Secondary ID This can include a utility bill, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or voter registration card.

Both IDs must be current, and the names must match the information on the CMRA Form 1583.

This is strictly not allowed. Virtual office memberships don’t meet Google’s requirements for creating or verifying a Google Business Profile. For businesses that need this capability, we recommend exploring private office memberships which offer this capability on a case-by-case basis at select Dwell Coworking locations.

The CMRA Form 1583 is required by the USPS to authorize us to receive mail on your behalf. It ensures compliance with federal regulations for handling mail and protects both you and your business.

Yes. USPS requires Form 1583 to be notarized in order for us (handled now through Anytime Mailbox) to receive mail on your behalf. When you sign up, you’ll complete Form 1583 through the online Anytime Mailbox portal and use their built-in online notary service, or you may use your own commissioned notary and upload the notarized form and required IDs. You do not have to come to a Dwell location just to sign Form 1583, but your identity must be verified and the form must be notarized before mail service can begin.
