We’ll review your team size and working style on the tour, then confirm an appropriate layout. The staged images show possibilities, not a guaranteed workstation count.

Larger meeting rooms are available to book through the Dwell Coworking campus. Your proposal will specify any included booking allowance and additional charges.

No. Waller House is the standalone workspace at 1200 E. Cesar Chavez St. Team Suite 3 is a separate office offering across the street at 1201 E. Cesar Chavez St. Ask us to compare the spaces for your team.
