How booking, access, and your monthly allowance work.
Are office days or dates guaranteed?
No. All private-office bookings are subject to availability. Your monthly allowance does not reserve dates or guarantee that an office will be available for six days during a billing cycle. You can book ahead in the app within the available booking window. If you need specific dates, ask us to check availability before you join.
How do I book, and will I use the same office?
Book an available private office through the Dwell Coworking app at your selected location before arriving. The office available to book may vary between visits, including its size, layout, and furnishings. This membership does not reserve the same room or recurring weekdays.
When can I use my membership?
Office bookings and coworking access are available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, subject to holidays, closures, and location rules. This package does not include evening, weekend, or 24/7 access.
Can I leave my belongings between visits?
No. Take all personal items, equipment, files, and supplies with you at the end of every visit. Storage, lockers, and a permanently reserved setup are not included. Leave the office ready for the next person.
Do unused office days roll over?
No. Included and additional office days reset at your monthly renewal. Unused days expire and do not carry over to the next month. Plan your bookings ahead; availability is not guaranteed.
Can I use my office days at different locations?
Your six office days and included weekday coworking apply only to the location named in your membership: Downtown Austin, SouthGate, or West Gate. You may book any eligible part-time private office at that location, subject to availability. Office days cannot be used at or transferred to another location. Contact our team about location changes; any change is subject to availability.
How do additional office days work?
Each additional office day adds $50 to your monthly membership and one day to your monthly allowance at your selected location. For example, eight office days are $499/month. Additional days recur each month, are subject to availability, and do not roll over. Contact us to arrange or change your package.
Can I bring clients or colleagues?
Confirm guest access with our team before inviting clients or colleagues. Guests must be registered and approved, and room capacity and location rules apply. This membership is not automatically shared with a team.
Are meeting rooms or a business address included?
Private-office days cover eligible private offices only. Conference rooms are booked separately and are not covered by your office-day allowance. Business-address and mail services are separate offerings; ask our team if you need them.
What if I need to change or cancel an office booking?
Review the booking and cancellation policy shown in the app before confirming your reservation. If your plans change, cancel as early as possible so the office can be released. Credit returns and any cancellation charges follow the applicable booking policy.
How does monthly renewal or cancellation work?
The membership and any agreed recurring extra days renew monthly until cancelled under the applicable signup terms. Contact our team for membership changes or cancellation. Your checkout terms and Membership Agreement govern billing, cancellation, and any refunds.
