- If you're canceling for financial reasons, feel free to reach out about our Ambassador Program. You can get a free membership with a small volunteer role that makes a big impact on community. We keep it light and we like to take good care of our Ambassadors!

- If there's an issue you'd like us to know about, you can fill out our Experience Survey to report it anonymously.

- Did you know we gift memberships to those who are financially struggling or looking for work? If you'd like to keep your monthly membership active and donate your seat to someone who's in need, just let us know and we'll make the switch.

Whatever your reason for canceling, we're happy to help make it easy for you. Please give us a call at 512-222-8974 or visit any location. You can also log into your member profile and cancel from there. Either way, please share with us your reason for cancellation so we can help improve our services.

Here at Dwell Coworking, we're mostly interested in building a strong community where members feel connected and like they belong here. To that end, we have several Ambassador roles available where you can be a part of creating that experience for others. Ambassadors receive a free membership for a small volunteer commitment. We do things differently at Dwell Coworking. While many coworking spaces force you to run off to a call room or booth, we don't do this. In fact, many of our locations don't have call rooms or booths. All we ask is that you wear headphones and keep your voice to a conversational level. If you need to be louder or feel the need for extra privacy, consider finding out about our conference room availability.

Change your payment method for your subscription is super easy. Here's how:

1. Log into your member account by clicking "log in" in the top right of any page

2. If it's your first time logging in you'll need to set a password

3. Once logged in, head to "subscriptions" where you'll find your subscription

4. Click the link that says "Update Payment Method"

5. Enter your new payment details and submit

Yes! Your Virtual Office Membership includes coworking discounts and/or regular access to any of our available spaces around town.

These are the basic terms of service for the Dwell Coworking Virtual Office memberships. Full legal terms will be provided at sign-up.

• Membership Term & Billing Virtual Office memberships are month-to-month. Your card will be auto-billed each month at the rate for the plan you choose (Base, Premium, or Business).
  

• Cancellation You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Service will remain active through the end of the current paid period, after which your mailbox will be closed in Anytime Mailbox and your Dwell membership will end. No refunds are offered for unused memberships. No proration is given for partial months completed.
  

• Address Use All plans include a real business street address you can use on your website, marketing materials, and registrations. Use of this address for a Google Business Profile is not included or guaranteed.
  

• Mail Handling (via Anytime Mailbox) Incoming mail is received at your chosen address and managed through the Anytime Mailbox app/portal. Your monthly plan includes a set number of mail items, open-and-scan requests, and shredding actions. Additional items or actions above your plan limits may incur overage charges shown in your Anytime Mailbox account.
  

• Mail Forwarding Mail forwarding is handled through Anytime Mailbox. Fees vary by plan: the Base plan includes a handling fee plus postage; Premium and Business include forwarding where you pay only postage.
  

• Packages & Storage Packages can be received and stored for a limited time (up to 7 days) with monthly limits that vary by plan. Unclaimed packages or additional storage/handling may incur extra fees.
  

• Coworking & Conference Room Access Coworking and conference room benefits are included based on your plan. See plans for details.
  

• Verification & Compliance Before mail can be received on your behalf, you must complete identity verification and the required USPS/CMRA forms through Anytime Mailbox. All individuals or business names receiving mail must be listed on your account.

No. In fact, we encourage you to sign up online. The entire sign up process is now offered online through a 3rd-party platform.

You’ll need to provide two forms of identification:

1. Photo Verification - Primary ID (Government-issued with a photo) This can include a driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID, or military ID.

2. Address Verification - Secondary ID This can include a utility bill, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or voter registration card.

Both IDs must be current, and the names must match the information on the CMRA Form 1583.

This is strictly not allowed. Virtual office memberships don’t meet Google’s requirements for creating or verifying a Google Business Profile. For businesses that need this capability, we recommend exploring private office memberships which offer this capability on a case-by-case basis at select Dwell Coworking locations.

The CMRA Form 1583 is required by the USPS to authorize us to receive mail on your behalf. It ensures compliance with federal regulations for handling mail and protects both you and your business.

Yes. USPS requires Form 1583 to be notarized in order for us (handled now through Anytime Mailbox) to receive mail on your behalf. When you sign up, you’ll complete Form 1583 through the online Anytime Mailbox portal and use their built-in online notary service, or you may use your own commissioned notary and upload the notarized form and required IDs. You do not have to come to a Dwell location just to sign Form 1583, but your identity must be verified and the form must be notarized before mail service can begin.

Dwell Coworking memberships give our users the freedom to affordably and conveniently choose when and where they want to work or spend time with others. Our goal is to remove the obstacles that prevent home-based remote workers from making the trek out of their homes each day. If you've said or thought any of the following quotes, Dwell Coworking is for you!

• "I can't afford to use a coworking space." If you can afford to go to a coffee shop 4-5 days per month, you can afford our memberships -- and our coffee is great!
  

• "I hate driving into the city, especially during the week!" We do too! Our plan is to put a coworking space in (or very near) every neighborhood, in every city. We'll accomplish this through coming alongside existing organizations to help them start and operate their own coworking spaces near you.
  

• "My schedule is too unpredictable for a membership to a coworking space. I don't want to pay a bunch of money and then feel pressured to use it enough to justify the cost." We feel you there 100%. Our membership fees are as guilt-free and forgettably low as many of the things you already get charged for on a recurring monthly basis. And if that becomes too much, you can pause your membership at any time within 30 days of the next billing cycle.

We offer daily passes alongside our monthly membership. Day passes can be used at any location and do not expire. These includes:

• Single-day pass: $10/day The going rate is $25/day at most coworking spaces. That's crazy!
  

• 5-day pack: $40 Save 20% off our regular day pass rate.
  

We get that this is an essential part to many of our days as remote workers. You can rest assured that every Dwell Coworking location provides more than one avenue for taking calls (phone and video). Each coworking location in our network offers different rules & provisions around phone usage depending on how the space is set up. Please check in with the community manager of the space you're visiting for info on how it works there. Typical options for taking phone and video calls are as such:

• From Your Workspace - Some spaces may not care if you take a call and talk from where you sit.

• In a Designated Room With Other Callers - Certain workspace locations may have a room with several desks available where it's ok to take calls. This is often separated from another "quiet room" somewhere else in the building.

• From a Call Room - You may find that your coworking space has small call rooms (often referred to as "call booths") which provide much more privacy for taking calls.

If privacy is a concern, you may also consider taking your call outside the building or, occasionally, from your car.

Yes! Coffee is free at every Dwell Coworking location.

Yes! Friends can join for lunch or a short visit together. If they plan to work with you for longer than a couple hours or need to work independently, we ask that they purchase a plan or day pass. If it's their first visit, they get a free pass!
