How much does the team office cost?
Suite 3 starts at $7,000 per month with an 18-month agreement. Other terms are available by proposal. Your written proposal confirms the start date, deposit, furnishings, services and any additional charges.
How many people can work in Suite 3?
Suite 3 can accommodate up to 25 team members. A previous client used 25 desks here. We confirm the workstation arrangement around your daily attendance and meeting needs; the illustrative floor plans do not show a measured 25-desk layout.
Is this a furnished private office?
Furnished setups are available. Your proposal specifies the desks, chairs and other furnishings included. Photos labeled virtually staged show possible arrangements, not a guaranteed furniture package.
Does the suite have its own kitchen, restroom and outdoor space?
Yes. Suite 3 has a private kitchenette, restroom and fenced courtyard, plus a separate huddle room. The huddle room is reached outdoors through the courtyard.
Is parking included?
Free parking is available in the lot at 1200 E Cesar Chavez St, across the street from the office entrance at 1201 E Cesar Chavez St. Follow the arrival instructions in your tour confirmation.
Can our team work evenings and weekends?
Suite members have 24/7 access. Staffed location hours are weekdays, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and tours are by appointment. Access and guest procedures are covered during onboarding.
What amenities and meeting options are available?
The location offers Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, shared coworking areas, call rooms and member events. Larger meeting rooms are available to book. Your proposal confirms meeting-room credits, furniture, printing, mail, guest access and other inclusions or charges.
