Dwell Coworking sells plans, memberships, products and services for use at physical spaces, as well as occasionally sells physical products through its online store. When you purchase a product or service through the Website, you agree to pay the applicable price and any applicable taxes. Dwell Coworking reserves the right to change its prices at any time. All sales are subject to the terms outlined on each product, plan, or service page on the website. See individual pages for these terms and conditions.

 

4. Shipping Policy

Dwell Coworking ships physical products to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Dwell Coworking ships products via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the shipping destination. Dwell Coworking will ship products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dwell Coworking offers a money-back guarantee on all plans, products and services. If you are not satisfied with for any reason, you may cancel and receive a refund. Terms vary for each specific plan, product, and service. See individual plan and service pages for specific cancellation and refund policies pertaining to each.

Dwell Coworking also offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on physical products. If you are not satisfied with a physical product that you purchase from Dwell Coworking , you may return the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To return a physical product, you must contact Dwell Coworking customer service at info@dwellcoworking.com to obtain return instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dwell Coworking is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your purchase of products or services through the Website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with the Dwell Coworking Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any terms and conditions on each individual product, service, membership or plan page and this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dwell Coworking with respect to your use of the Website and your purchase of products or services through the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
