4. Shipping Policy
Dwell Coworking ships physical products to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Dwell Coworking ships products via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the shipping destination. Dwell Coworking will ship products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Memberships, Plans, and Services
All memberships, plans, and services are subject to the terms outlined in your specific agreement. Dwell Coworking does not offer refunds on membership fees once billed. Cancellation terms, including notice periods and any applicable fees, are detailed in your membership or service agreement. Please review your agreement for specific details.
Physical Products
Returns for physical products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@dwellcoworking.com for return instructions. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dwell Coworking is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your purchase of products or services through the Website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Dwell Coworking Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any terms and conditions on each individual product, service, membership or plan page and this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dwell Coworking with respect to your use of the Website and your purchase of products or services through the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
